Founder and CEO Adam Hootnick graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law before helping to launch Texas-based modular manufacturer OMC and working to bring significant modular residential development to Omaha in 2025. Adam is also an award-winning film director and producer, with several films included in ESPN’s Emmy-winning “30 for 30” series, and the founder of Resonance Story Company, a boutique production company that specializes in branded documentaries.
Architectural adviser Michael Alley was named AIA Nebraska’s Architect of the Year in 2024, and Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, AIA Nebraska’s Firm of The Year, brings 85+ staff who have developed over 8,400 regional residences since 1987. The firm helps clients ranging from visionary developers to world-changing non-profits as they build cities and neighborhoods that add to the social fabric. Omaha-based Field Day Development is a woman-owned firm that has managed construction on $150M of projects across the Midwest. In his 23+ year career in modular home-building, Curt Wilkerson has served in roles including GM at BonnaVilla and Head of Sales at Wardcraft.
