We are a group of design, manufacturing, and storytelling pros committed to helping more Americans create generational wealth by owning beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes whose design, construction and neighborhood context will help grow their value over time.
Comprised of individuals from the modular housing sector, philanthropy, real estate development, engineering, and architectural design, we focus on all aspects of responsible housing and community development.
Since 1987, Omaha-based Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture has served clients ranging from visionary developers to world-changing non-profits, and everything in between, with the goal of building cities and neighborhoods that add to the social fabric. Along with Adam Hootnick, the Harvard and Harvard Law-trained entrepreneur and modular construction veteran, and with the support of the Faith Foundation of Omaha, NE, we launched HGP to become more directly involved in solving the persistent housing crisis facing Nebraska and the rest of the US.
