A four-unit town home with a detached garage, blending cutting-edge construction with deep community engagement to provide high-quality, attainable housing in North Omaha, Nebraska. The Townhomes at Watson Place is part of HGP’s goal of neighborhood-scale impact that is immediate.
WATSON PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD
A joint development of HGP and Habitat for Humanity of Omaha in North Omaha, the project adds 27 new homes in a combination of single family, duplex, and quadplex townhomes. The addition to the neighborhood is cohesive with HGP’s Townhomes at Watson Place across the street.
